Pledge Manager Surveys Locking and Fulfillment Timeline

Pledge Survey Deadline:
Josiah here with a quick update and some important housekeeping information. We are planning to lock down pledges and process the Backerkit charges on Tuesday June 28th. That means you have until then to complete your surveys. We still have about 20% of backers who have not filled out their survey. If you do not complete the survey by June 28th we will not be able to guarantee product availability. If you are an international backer, your shipment could miss its container and would need to be shipped direct at up to 4x the shipping cost.
So please fill out your surveys, even if you are a $1 backer and aren't planning on selecting add-ons, just completing the survey will give us better ideas of product numbers and where the campaign stands.
Fulfillment Timelines:
We are currently still on track for our estimates during the campaign. We have all products ready to go except we are waiting for the dining covers.
Speaking of which....we have received confirmation that the ship is on its wayas of June 20th!!
Current ETA to port is July 22nd, which means we would "should" receive it near the end of July or early August. We are already starting to pack the international pledges so that all we will need to do is add the dining covers once they arrive. This means we will be sending out address confirmation emails within the next couple weeks so we can pack the pledges. (Please note: the confirmation email is a generic template, so any timeline mentioned may be inaccurate.) We are very confident that we will meet our goal to have all international containers shipped in August.
What does that mean forthe delivery timeline to international backers? I'm so glad you asked!
When you account for the container travel time, the week or two it will take the fulfillment centers to ship, and the week or so shipping time to you, that means with the containers leaving our warehouse in August, we hope international backers will start receiving their pledges by late September or early October.
USand Canada Pledgesare still planned to be shipping out right after we complete the international orders. However if we have some time in-between packing international pledges and the arrival of the dining covers, we may ship out a small number of US pledges early! Currently our warehouse is absolutely packed, so if we have the time, getting some US pledges that only have items in stock (so everything but dining covers) shipped will help make space for the dining cover shipment and just keep everything moving along.
We hope to have all US and Canada pledges fully shipped by September, so you should see final delivery in September, or possibly October in Canada due to the slightly longer shipping times to our Canadian fulfillment partner.
Dining Cover Overstock:
We have had quite a few inquires from backers who would like the Dining covers, but were unable to get them during the campaign. We had to limit the number we offered on the 3.5 Kickstarter since we could only fit so many on this coming container and we needed to make sure we had enough for all we have sold, plus overages for any spare parts we may need.
However, once we have received and inspected the shipment we will be able to get a better overview of what Dining Covers we may have remaining. At that point we will make them available through our webstore: https://shop.gametoppersllc.com/
So keep an eye on the store in September as those will become available. We will also likely be placing a restock order for additional dining covers to arrive later this year.

Pledge Surveys Sent!

Josiah here, just dropping a quick update to let you all know the Pledge Surveys have been emailed out and the Late Pledges are open to anyone who missed the campaign. If you haven't seen your email come through, be sure to check your spam folder. Otherwise you can reach out to me (email [email protected]) and I can take a look at your pledge.
Burky and I have already received a bunch of questions and are working through them as quickly as possible, but with Burky at the UK Games Expo this week it's mostly up to me to answer the questions. I will respond to everyone as soon as I can, but please be patient while I work through it.
On that note, we have also seen a bunch of questions posted in the Kickstarter comments or private messaged to Burky. Please instead email me at [email protected]
That will ensure we see your question and are able to respond as quickly as possible, it's very easy to loose track of questions asked in the comment's section and also I can't always correlate your Kickstarter username to your pledge, so emailing is the best way to reach out with questions.

Happy Memorial Day!
This will be a quick update, but i wanted to first express my gratitute to everyone who contributed to this campaign. Your support and enthusiasm is very encouraging.
So what’s next? I’m so glad you asked. Our last Q & A we discussed how the Pledge Manager will work.
The Pledge Manger from Backerkit is scheduled to launch by June 2nd. This will automatically come to the email you used in KS. Your Kickstarter pledge will be a credit and then you can add additional items. Shipping and VAT will be caculated and charged in the PM.
Please note: Apologies, but there was a error on the Reichenbach Falls pledge level…it only affected USA backers. It accidently added a charge of $169.00 shipping in the KS pledge.
This was suppose to be charged in the Pledge Manager and only $149.00. This only affected a small number of backers. The $20.00 will be credited in the PM to those affected, and if you don't want to use it for add on’s we will work our directly with you a refund of the $20.00 over charge, so sorry about this.
People who missed the campaign or forgot to back for a buck will be able to Late Pledge for a very limited time before we ship out new product. So you can still tell you friends they can get in on the goodies.
You will see this banner with links on our websites and social pages
If you selected $1.00 or $25.00 Ala carte‘ pledge level you will simply select the add on items you want.
All of the accessories, mat bundles, rail and leaf bundles, leg kits, toppers or Topper packages will be available to add on.
All stretch goals that were unlocled will automatically be included, so you do not have to add them seperately.
If you pledged for the Dining Covers you will will also be able to add on any topper, topper package, accessories and other bundles to you pledge. If you need XL dining cover parts we will be making them available on our online shop once we know how many extras we have available.
If you selected a topper or a topper package pledge you can add any exta add ons except dining covers.
Leg kits:
Please make sure you select the correct leg kit for the Topper you own. If you have an XL topper leaf you need an appropriate XL leg kit add on.
If you order it incorrectly, there will be restocking charges. Please note: our Leg kits are not compatible with Gen 1 toppers produced in 2017.
As hard as we tried it just was not feasible, we spent thousands of dollars on this and nothing was stable enough or cost effective. This lead us to inovate the new screw channel into our new rails system (see leg kit video) this was a very costly, but nessesary move forward. The video below shows the screw channel clearly if you question whether you have a Gen 1 unit.
The dining covers are currently schuduled to be shipped June 9th and should arrive approx 40 -50 days from then.
That puts us on track for overseas orders to be shipped end of July. Delays can happen, if they do we will always keep you up to date.
As soon as the overseas orders ship we will start fulfilment of KS and late pledges.
We hope to have all done by end of Aug/early Sept at the latest.
